Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile (the person icon at the top of the app) and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, nights and activity.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile and tap Report or block. Reports are reviewed by a person, and blocked people can’t see you.

Why can’t I change my birthday?

Après is 18+, so your date of birth is locked once entered. If you made a mistake, email us.

How do I import past shows?

Open your profile (the person icon at the top of the app) and choose Import from Ticketmaster to paste your order details, or Search past events to import to find shows by artist and city.
